Our tenants signed a 1 year lease and now after 6 months they are moveing out. Are they intitled to get back their deposit now?

Did they give you written notice to vacate for a just cause? If they have no legal reason to vacate then do not return their deposit but you must give them written notice of default and notify them of the disposition of their deposit pursuant to the lease agreement and the L/T laws.
