 i live in new mexico and purchased a timeshare from a florida resort on october 2000. the salesman said he was going to sell me points instead of weeks in the resort that i could trade anywhere. i found out that he sold me points in the resort but not elsewhere. i called the resort and they said they were sorry and that if i want to be in the points system they would knock down the transfer fee to $2000. this timeshare has been an endless money pit. i want to get my money back and give the timeshare back to the resort since the salesman lied to me and i got it based on what he told me. is that possible?

Thanks!!
