Building on leased property

If I purchase a piece of land at the county tax sale for delinquent taxes and there is a house on the land that is owned by someone else. And these people have leased part of the land that their house is on. What rights do they have as far as staying there and what rights do I have as to the use of the land. By the way these people have paid their county tax on their house. But I picked up the land only.

You need to look at the deed and the legal description of the property that came from a title report. Also. what did the Trustee sell ie. fee simple, fee simple with a lease encumbrance etc.?
