| Seller has left items (Stove, Refrigirator) in my (buyer) property for three months after sale showing no intention of picking them up. There is no written agreement between buyer and seller on these items. Yet the buyer had given (out of courtesy) a week for the seller to pick it up. Can the buyer deny the seller rights to pick them up now since it has been more than three months since the sale has been completed? |

| Those appliances now belong to you as the property owner. If you wish you can send a certified letter to the Seller, giving them one last opportunity to pick up the appliances. Appliances must be removed on or before Feb 10 2001 or you rights to ownership are forfeited. |
