Buying home from BK trustee

In TN:
Does a bankruptcy trustee (for a no-asset, Chapter 7 filing) have the power to sell a house? The house is not included in the Chapter 7 because they did not know they owned it at the time they filed (long story-thought it was lost to foreclosure).

The house may have a 2nd lien on it, we're trying to find that out ASAP. However, does a trustee have the power to sell it to me if he so chooses? I'm not talking about a trustee's auction, just selling it to me.

Yes, because my questions apply to both bankruptcy and real estate.
