buying mobile home

i am buying a new mobile home from an individual dealer that he had reposessed. i have been making payments for the last 6 months+ lot rent. i want to move the home onto a piece of ground that i am trying to buy, but was told by the dealer that I would have to pay the mobile home off before it could be moved. Can they legally do this in the state of missouri? i don't want to leave the area with the home.
Second question: when i moved in, i had 2 small dogs and now i have 2 more rottweilers. nothing was included in the agreement that i signed stating that i couldn't have these dogs. now they say that i have to get rid of my rotties. no one has complained about these dogs and i also at my own expense put up a chain-link fence. i feel like they are making up rules as they go along. is there anything that i can do legally on both of these matters?

1. Read your contract.
2. Read the Rules.
