My mother's home has to be sold to take care of debts. After 3 years on the market, it has not been sold, so I wish to buy it . Been told all along that buyer had to buy for at least 70% of its value. But was just now told by lawyer that since I am a family member I have to pay the full value. Just want to know if what he's telling me is true. The house is in Oklahoma. Looking for the truth. Thanks

Where are you getting the at least 70% of value if nonfamily member and full value if family member from? There is no law dictating the price unless you have not provided all the facts.
