I'm Looking at a New Home Right Now and Going Thru a Broker,
One Day I Called Back the New Home Sales Person, She Told Me
to be even considered for the Waiting List to get a new Home i got to go with their in-house Mortgage company...can they or should i say is it legal in California to make people go thru someone that we don't want to use as our mortgage lender?
