Cable Box In My Yard

I have a cable box and telephone box on my lot. Since I own the lot, shouldn't I have the right to MAKE them remove it?!? How can I go about doing that? They never asked permission and the cable box was put in after construction of my house.

Call them and tell them to remove the cable and telephone lines to your house.
Read your title report as there may be utlity easements on your property in favor of the cable and phone companies.
