Can I sell the house?

What is the name of your state? Washington State

My spouse and I are currently going through the divorce. He does not have any interest in paying the mortgage on the house and I would like to sell it. We have only been in it for 3 months, but our mortgage says we cannot sell it for 2 years. How would I go about selling the house and getting out of the mortgage as soon as possible? Is there any way of getting my name off of the mortgage?
