CAN A LANDLORD DECIDE TO RAISE THE RENT OF A HOUSE THAT WAS LAST MONTH ONLY 700.00 TO WHAT IS for THIS MONTH 1,000? EVERYTIME HE GETS CERTAIN TYPE OF TENENTS? WHITE, HISPANIC, AFRICAN AMERICAN ect. working, disabled ect, HE CLAIMS THE RENT IS FOR HIS MORGAGE BUT TRULY HE ALREADY OWNS THE HOUSE, THERE IS NO MORGAGE AND HE KEEPS CHANGING THE RENT ON HIS NEW TENANTS ALL THE TIME. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS MOVING OUT OF HIS HOUSE AND HE ALSO KEEPS THEIR DEPOSITS AND CLAIMS THE HOUSE HAS ROACHES AND SHOWS THEM TO YOU IN A JAR.
