What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Property is in VT, owners are in MA. Can the beneficiaries purchase the property over time and hold title upon full payment of the purchase price or upon the grantors death?

Almost anything can be done. How to do it is the problem. How to do it changes depending on the goals and risks.
