    Can spouse of disabled own property?

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana If a spouse owns a home (trailer) worth about $15k, can the other spouse still get disability? My son is on total disability. I have bought them a trailer, don't want it in my name and am trying to figure out what to do. Thanks
