can x-girlfriend get half of everything

What is the name of your state? virginia

Can ex-girlfriend get half of equity if she didnt put forth half of anything?Her names not on the mortgage but the deed.

not only can she get half of the sale of the home, but you get all of the debt and she can force the sale by partition.
