Can't get copy of contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida.
I cancelled a contract to buy a home in Florida because I was unable to do inspection since there wasn't running water nor electricity. My real estate agent had me sign a cancellation contract but will not give me a signed copy from seller saying he does not have a copy in his office and is unable to get a hold of the sellers agent. I feel I should have a copy (just to make sure there is a sellers signature), what steps can I take to get a copy? I have called his office numerous times and well as emailed him, to date no response and this contract was signed July 3rd. Any constructive advice is sincerely appreciated.
