CC&R enforcementsIt is my understanding that local police have no enforcement capabilities of deed restrictions.. That being the case, if the HOA has enforcement responsibilities, what legal rights and what avenue do associations have to enforce these restrictions? Can they issue fines? Take to small claims court ? In reviewing the deed restrictions, they don't address this issue in Texas |

| Enforcement is a civil matter so either the HOA or a private owner of the HOA could sue. |
