questions:

what is the status of ab 860, thompson in the state of california?

if the housing association's code, covenant and restrictions are amended after 1 january, 2001, then are existing restrictions on pets rendered redundant?

respective of the above, to what extent can a housing association sue for damages respective of a violation of their code, covenant and restrictions?
