change name on a home title

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Georgia

I called the county in which I reside to ask what forms I need to record in order to change the name on my house title to my new married name and to add my new husband onto the title. I was told that they could not answer that question because that is legal advice and I would have to get a lawyer to draw up the papers. Does anyone know what forms I need? Can I do this myself?
