What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? mi church property was deeded into the pastors name behind all of the members back. now he has the church up for sale, plus he has started a non-profit web bus, so if the sale of the church goes through, they can deposit the money into that, and use it as they feel. Also they have their house up for sale. Need to know how to go to the courthouse and file papers to sue them, to stop any sale of the church. thank you so much and God bless you

well, somebody had to have deeded it to him. Who was that? and why aren't they allowed to deed it to the pastor?

it started 2 and half years ago the church split and both pastors, left and we still had the board set up, my brother in-law took over being the pastor and we all voted on changing the name of the church from center of life to christ centered church, with out knowledge he went to bank and deed office, and signed himself as director of center of life church, and the only title he ever held was secertary to the trusties. we didn't find this out until one and half years later, so when if did all of these things he was commiting fraud.
