i am a 50 percent owner in a townhouse in northern virginia. i recently was transferred away from the area. I gave the other co-owner an opportunity to buy my half and he made me a really low offer. I insisted then that we sell to an outside buyer in which he refuses to do so. What course of action can I take? Can I force him to sell? Thanks for any help in advance.
