i purchased a condo in florida. the owner is holding the mortgage. my ex-husband and i are back together although we are not married. he has children from a previous marriageand we have one daughter together. if anything happens to me, i would like the condo to go to my ex-husband and then our daughter should anything happen to him. we do not want his children involved in this. can you please tell me what our options would be.

Consult with an estate attorney. If I were you I would just make sure the property goes only to your daughter. If your ex got interest in the property and he died, his heirs could jump in.
