Maryland. Unmarried couple co-sign a mortgage. Living together. Everything else is in her name. "Relationship" falls apart. She wants out. He won't sell his half. He won't buy her half. Is there anyway to unilaterally get out of this including consideration of mistreatment or other irreconcileable differences. Marriage laws don't apply. Her current distasteful option - move out, added burden of new place and risk foreclosure and ruined credit.
