| Is it legal or ethical for the treasurer of the community association to employ and pay themselves and family for services rendered to the association. Services first, approval from membership last? |

| No but you have a messed up HOA anyway. If legally only 10% of the homeowners are needed to change the By-Laws, you got some real problems. Generally, that number is more like 60-70% or at least a majority. And the parking stall that you got, I am pretty sure that te you a right-to-use and not an easement. At this point you need to hire an attorney. |
