Louisiana -- divorce was final almost two years ago. ex-wife is dragging her feet about the final community property papers until she gets what she wants from the home. she has recieved all but some of her childrens old toys, including the bed I slept on. i have had to file bankruptcy because she incurred over $60,000 in credit card bills. can she be removed from the mortgage without the papers that she has been carrying around for almost a year?
