I'm posting this question for a friend of mine. He owns a number of homes in the city of Buffalo and has done a lot to maintain them. Unfortunately, there are a number of condemned buildings surrounding his homes that the city owns and has done nothing about. He thinks these homes constitute a safety hazard and cannot get the city to raze them or fix them. Does he have any legal recourse?
