I just bought a condo in Houston three months ago. I just moved in this week and I found a leak from the third story bathroom that leaks to the second story kitchen. What are my rights? It appears the previous owner covered up the problem with a huge lighting fixture in the kitchen

First call a plumber to fix the problem and ask the plumber if the condition appears old. Then contact your real estate agent and the Seller to start communication with them.
