I own a commercial condo in Florida since a few years. This year I got an invoice for assessments that includes an enoumous amount for the elevator.
My place has no access to the elevator but is based on the 1st floor with an different entrance. Do I have to pay for the elevator and the air condition in the building too, also I do not even access them?
