Massachusets.
My condominium regulations say:"Exceptin recreational or storage areas designated as such by the Managing Board, orits agent, there shall be no playing, longing, or parking of baby carriages or playpens, bicycles, wagons, toys, on any part of the Common Area."

The question is :
-Can I walk or sit in the court yard outside my building with my 3 month old son when he is in the carriage. We do not have recreational area in the complex(14.5 acres)?
Thanks.
