| | | County taking land
What is the name of your state?AR
The county is taking my land (3/4 acre, out of six).
The Judge wants me to "donate", I did not sign.
He is claiming my property value will increase tenfold, I am concerned because he has not shown me any paperwork pertaining to this project other than an ingress/egress.
I have an appointment with an attorney tommorrow.
I have my Deeds, ingress/egress papers,survey, appraisal on one parcel (with home), parcel cards and some comps am I missing anything?
Do I need pics? (showing my privacy and seclusion).
