What is the name of your state? Washington state. When voting on weather or not to continue an association does every house hold have to vote. Some people seem to think that if your not there then you dont count. Doesn't everyone have to vote via proxy or by going to the meetings? We have 28 homes in our area and nearly half never showed up and they still made decisions regarding everyone. Is this aloud?

**A: There should be a means to vote if one is not present such as via proxy, but there is no law that requires a HOA member to vote.

**A: read your CC&R's as certain official business of the HOA may be conducted by quorom of officers/board members and/or HOA vote which percentage is dictated in the HOA documents.
