What is the name of your state? Georgia.
Our HOA is proposing an amendment to our current C&R's proscribing the keeping of horses. When I purchased the property, horses were spcifically allowed and I have subsequently built two stalls and a tack room. (but do not yet have any horses).
If this amendment should pass, do I have any legal recourse to a varience for my property? Has this question been previously adjuicated in Ga Case Law?
