My ex-wife and I were divorced over 6 years ago in the state of Florida. In the divorce decree, our house was deeded over to her but my name was left on the mortgage as the primary lien holder. Her late payments and this outstanding loan obligation have adversely affected my credit. How can I get my name off this mortgage!!!

4 or 5 years ago she should have refinanced and taken you off the mortgage.
What idiot attorney would advise you in a divorce settlement to deed the property over and still keep the mortgage liability?
