Mississippi - the guy across the highway is cutting up and loading scrap metal (junk cars) on property I own in the county! After several phone calls, and a visit to his house telling him to clean up area and get off it he's still there. Called sheriff he suggested sending him (guy) a certified letter giving him a specified date and time to be off my property and have area cleaned. Did that, no response from him. There is a no trespassing sign on property.
