I need some help. My husband and I were married for 10 years and the house I am living in is titled and mortgaged with My late husband and his brother. I am not on it. What are my entitlements for selling or him buying me out?

It is held with my husband and brother in law as joint tennants with rights of survivor ship
If it was titled that way when y'all got married, then you don't have any interest in it.

BUT if you contributed substantially to the mortgage payment, maintenance, etc. and can prove it in court, you may get something.
