Deceitful Land Dealings!!!

What is the name of your state? Ga

My husband and I own several land lots, the properties are in our children's names. I found out that my husband retained an attorney to have all of the properties put into to his name only. He wants a divorce and is trying to take everything he can. The divorce has not been filed yet. Do I have any recourse?

You and your hubby don't own this land, your children do.

But, if the deeds show your husband instead of your children, and they were legally changed (which they probably were not), then include that in his asset column when you're in the financial stage.
