in bklyn, new york, three brothers names are on a deed, presently two of the brothers live in the house, the third brother would like to move in but has no intentions of paying for any of the utilities and/or property taxes. the third brother is a substance abuser and destroys property in the house. what legal recourse do the two brothers have to keep him out of the house?
