deed of gift


undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Va Yes my dad deeded me his house 2000 with him having life time rights,now that he has remarried and his new wife has turn him against his family I think he wants to try to reverse the deed,is there any way he can do this? I don't want his new wife to have this house this was my mom and dads.Thanks for any advice you can give me jd

I don't want his new wife to have this house this was my mom and dads.Thanks for any advice you can give me .Also I have to take my father to court so I can get my belongings out of the house,he won't let me come in there even with a deputy.He has gotten a lawyer he is trying to keep me from having any of my mothers things.Him and his new wife have not been married for a year yet.I have things there that I had been collecting for over 20 years.What can I expect when I go to court,what do I need to do any advice you can give will be very helpful thanks.Also I"m the sole title holder of the deed
