What is the name of your state? Arkansas
My mother has the paid the taxes on her father's land for 20 plus years. She has possesion of the the deed and she's the only living child. Both my grandparents had children from a previous marriage and they have living children and grandchildren. The deed is in grandfather's name only.
The question: How can Mom have this land put in her name?
Since she is the only one that has paid taxes, does she own this land?
