What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH

My name and two otheres are on the deed of the house I own. The only name on the Mortgage is mine and the morgage is late every month becasue my ex is paying it. Can I sell it out from under her if her name is on the deed? If not how do I get my name off this mortgage? What are my options?
