| Deed of Restriction What is the name of your state? KY
I live in a neigborhood that is about 8 years old. It is governed by a deed of restrictions. However, over the years there have been many violations to these restrictions. Fences have been placed in unallowed places, storage sheds have been build etc.
I have called the developer about this since he currently takes care of the subdivision until it is turned over to the HOA sometime in the next couple years. He says he has approved these things.
Is he allowed to do that. There is a clause in the Deed of Restrictions saying he can vary established building lines where they do not violate zoning standards.
