I purchased a building lot and built a new home in a small privatly owned subdivision in Kentucky. I need to know if the subdivision owners can LEGALLY enforce the deed restrictions??? example, above ground pools not allowed but in ground are, deteched buildings, etc.

Yes, if you had notice of the restrictions at or before closing.
