What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Arizona

I wish to remove a house from a Revocable Living Trust and sell it to another person. What deed form would be most appropiate? Would I simply use a Warranty or other Quite Claim Deed and use the Trust Name for Grantor and have the Trustee sign it?

**A: we have no idea if you are even in a position to remove the property from the trust. See an attorney.
