my parents want to transfer house deed to me, how do they go about doing it?
there are no leins, house is not completely done.

thank you for reply, they went through lawyer and he said he was not sure they could do that considering value of house, is this true? is lawyer pulling their leg or what? what else do you
recommend? find another lawyer?

It is a very simple matter to transfer title to property. The key is doing it in a way that does not trigger huge tax liability.
Ask how or find another lawyer that will give you the options.
