Deposit return

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?De
I am buying a residence in Delaware. My closing was scheduled for Friday.Due to lender problems the closing needed to be extended. The sellers have been contacted and after 3 days have not signed the extension to the contract. I have asked for my deposit back. My realtor told me to hire an attorney to get back my deposit returned. I have been told I am entitled to my deposit if the sellers have not signed an extension. Is this true?

And No.....

How do you expect strangers on the internet to give you a valid answer when we do not have access to your listing or sales contract?
