designation of property as rentalWhat is the name of your state? Arizona If the owner of a resedential house plans on renting the home, does the owner have to designate this any where on the paperwork? Or if after the purchase of a resedehtial house, the owner decides later to rent does this require any official designation to the court document recorder, tax assessor, etc.? Thank you, CC ![]() |
