selling home. discover crack in floor. has been patched by previous owner. will cost me 6000.00 to repair. this was not disclosed to us when we purchased the home. am located in tulsa oklahoma. can we go to previous owners and demand compensation?

Purchased home in 1998. Discovered crack 2 months ago. Believe statuet of limitations is 2 years from the time you find the problem?

You could try going back to the sellers but what if they claim, they did not know?
