What is the name of your state? California

Soon after buying my home wrecked autos began to appear on the street in front and near my home. The neighbors reported this problem had existed for years.

Also, I discovered there was a landscape business 2 doors down, that had employes that parked in the neighborhood and operated trucks from the resident business.

Also, I dicovered that there were about 25 cats that lived across the street that liked to use my flower beds to do their business.

The disclosure form from my seller was blank. No mention of any of this.

Are these irritants grounds for a law suite? If so, is there a statute of limitaions on any legal action on the matter?

Thank you

Those are conditions which should have beend disclosed and yes there is a SOL on the filing of litigation.
Consult a real estate attorney although you claims are too small and would not be worth litigating over.
If the cats are strays, call the humane society. And call the zoning dept. on the landscape business.
