Want to dispose of (udi) undivided interest realestate (campground) at Cayman Landing, Treasure Lake, DuBois, Pa. I have a annual usage fee that covers taxes and upkeep and no longer use the property or the facilities. I wish to get out from under the deed to this land but can not find someone willing to take ownership. Need to know my options on how to get rid of this property without having to pay someone to take it off my hands.

Provide more details ie. how much is it worth, is there a mortgage, if so how much, how many owners, what are the yearly expenses etc.

WE OWN 1/3000th SHARE IN CAYMAN LANDING CAMPGROUND. IT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IN 1985 FROM NACO CORP. AT $4,050.00.
THERE IS NO MORTAGE AND WE HAVE BEEN THE ONLY OWNERS. WE NOW HAVE A $275/YR. FEE WHICH COVERS UPKEEP AND TAXES. THIS HAS BEEN INCREASING SINCE 1985. THE DEED IS RECORDED IN THE CLEARFIELD COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN PA. THE ONLY OFFER WE HAVE HAD WAS FROM A COMPANY THAT WANTED $3500.00 TO TAKE THE TITLE OFF OUR HANDS. IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW WE CAN GET THIS OFF OUR HANDS EVEN AT A GREAT LOSS WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON. THANKS, SHIRLEY
