we were told that our contract to purchase a property was voided and have since discovered that we were actually pushed out of the agreement for a higher offer and the house has been sold. could we sue for this?

Possibly. But it will be expensive, drawn out and likely for little if any benefit. For example... what were your 'damages'???

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

and what was the reason the contract was voided. If it was valid, you have no case.

the contract stated financing by a certain date and we had it then we were told that we lost it beause we did not have the lender send a letter, but no where in the contract did it state it had to be in writting. the property is valued at $225000. and we really wanted the property. i am not sure what amount you could get.

it was voided beause they wanted financing by a certain date and we did but stated that it needed to be in writting from lender which it never stated that in the agreement.

it stated that we have financing by a certain date and we did. then they stated that we were out because we did not have a letter from the lender, which we have never had to have berfore, and it is not in the contract that we need to.
