What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I want to set up a corporation to hold real estate I already own solely for tax purposes. Do I need to have a real estate license to do this? Thanks!

You can buy and sell real estate for your self or for a company that you are an employee/owner of without a license. A license is required to buy/sell for third parties.
